
According to TMZ, Justin Bieber's legal team is threatening to
sue the company who makes the phone game app "Joustin Beaver." In the
game, the user is floating down a river defending "Joustin" from
"phot-hogs." As you can see from the photo above, the game character
does look very similar to Bieber. Bieber's lawyers have reportedly sent
the company, RC3, a cease and desist letter, as well as asked for the
game to be removed from iTunes.
They also want an account of all revenues collected by RC3.
RC3 has stated that they will continue to sell the game. They claim its a parody and therefore protected by First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
