Justin Bieber was seen with friends
visiting the Calabasas Commons shopping center in Calabasas, CA on
Thursday (February 23, 2012). With some frozen yogurt in hand, Justin
looked cool sporting his black jean shorts and black tee. But the real
attention grabber is his hair! Justin is still rocking the darker locks,
but it looks like he is also bringing back the swoosh hairstyle he
popularized a few years ago.
